spacious rooms clean rooms excellent breakfast minimal entertainment poolside restaurant

the rooms were spacious and they were very clean. breakfast offered many choices it was excellent. the staff were helpful and friendly.

the entertainment was minimal singers performed occasionally i think varied entertainment would improve the experience. the poolside restaurant opened late preventing immediate access to drinks and water.

superb breakfast really good staff

I enjoyed breakfast. It offered so much choice. The reserved seating area with table service was a DREAM. I experienced wonderful service from the staff. They were helpful. The staff were pleasant so that i felt particularly special.

Poolside felt a little restricted because inflatables are not allowed.

The breakfast buffet offered considerable choice. Table service was available in a reserved seating area for Preferred Club members. The staff provided helpful service there. Facial treatments at the spa were very relaxing. The bar had an excellent view.

the hotel provided a relaxing experience. all the staff were very friendly. the front desk offered great communications prior to arrival. i received a room upgrade with a amazing view. the maids were pleasant and kept the room very clean!

An adequate experience

sandy beach excellent breakfast

The hotel offered a sandy beach nearby. Excellent local bus services gave access to other parts of the island. I found the hotel clean and the breakfast had tremendous options. It had a great variety, ranging from vegetable smoothies to jars of sweets near the pastries.

The hotel had five, but only two were open each night. One evening, only one a la carte restaurant was open because of a special EVENT. I had to eat at one restaurant three times and another twice because I had no other options.

helpful communications beautiful room tidy service

i just returned from a good stay. the communications from the front desk before my arrival were very helpful. upon arrival, i received an upgrade to a beautiful room, a kind gesture i really appreciated. the maids were always smiling and did a great job keeping everything tidy.

i did have a facial treatment in the spa. it was my first time, but it felt a little dated. the tiles looked worn out, and the water temperature could have been warmer for maximum relaxation.
